PRODUCT SUPPORT

UMBRELLA LIMITED WARRANTY

Our umbrellas are covered by a three-year warranty against defects in original materials and workmanship. Coverage includes the frame, ribs, finial, tilt, crank handle, housing, canopy and rib pocket seams. If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product without charge.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, vandalism, lack of maintenance, or acts of nature, including wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, storms, and exposure to animals, is not covered.

Wind damage is not covered under our limited warranty.

Warranty shipping

Contact our team with photos before shipping an item. If an inspection is needed, the customer pays shipping to East Coast Umbrella. For an approved manufacturing defect, East Coast Umbrella covers the repair or replacement and shipping back to the customer. For damage that is not covered by the warranty, we will provide a repair and shipping quote before proceeding; the customer is responsible for those costs.

FABRIC WARRANTIES

Fabric warranties are provided by the fabric manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer’s current terms, coverage, and exclusions.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned orders, with no exceptions. Contact East Coast Umbrella at 910-462-2500 or ecu@eastcoastumbrella.com before returning an item.
