Product Warranty

Our products are covered by a 3-Year Top-to-Bottom Warranty against defects in original materials and craftsmanship. This warranty includes the frame, ribs, finial, tilt mechanism, crank-to-lift mechanism and housing, fabric canopy, rib pockets, and seams. If a defect in materials or workmanship is found within 3 years of the purchase date, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge.

Fabric Warranty

Outdoor acrylic fabrics are covered by limited warranties from their respective manufacturers, which protect against fading, dry rot, and shrinkage. Please note: these warranties do not cover labor costs for installation performed by dealers.

• Sattler awning-grade (marine) fabrics (100% solution-dyed acrylic) are backed by a 6-year limited warranty.
• Sunbrella® awning-grade (marine) fabrics (100% solution-dyed acrylic) are backed by a 10-year limited warranty.
